Childrens Aid Society: Goodue Site Disposition
Documented the development potential of the 37-acre site through a subdivision plan and a developer survey, established a market value through an appraisal and set the stage for negotiations with the NYC Parks Department as an alternative to as-of right development. The Society agreed to a phased acquisition by the City Parks’ Department, which is now three-quarters completed.
